‘Psychopath cult follower’ arrested for making torture videos of wife

KARACHI:Women police on Friday arrested a ‘psychopath cult follower’ and rescued his wife and four children from harrowing abuse and torture.
District Central Women Police Station SHO Iram Amjad said that the suspect Tahir Abbas has confessed to being part of an international cult.
During questioning, Tahir told the police that the cult order used to give him tasks on email. These tasks included doing evil things to his wife and children and making the videos of abuse and torture.
SHO Iram said she has seen marks of injuries and bruises on Tahir’s wife.
