Peacock greenlights Renowned Films docuseries on cult leader Charles Manson

US streamer Peacock has ordered a three-part documentary series about the life of notorious cult leader Charles Manson from London-based prodco Renowned Films.
Making Manson, which features previously unheard audio taken from over 100 hours of conversations recorded during the final 20 years of Manson’s life, is set to premiere on Peacock on November 19.
Executive producers for the series include Max Welch, Kate Maddigan, Tim Withers and Duane Jones for Renowned Films. Billie Mintz is the director.
Renowned Films, which is backed by US production outfit Critical Content, produces series such as My Son Jeffrey: The Dahmer Family Tapes (Fox), Deadly Waters with Captain Lee (Oxygen), Ballers: Ball or Nothing (BBC), Ice Cold Catch (Discovery+ US), We Do That (BET), Peng Life (Channel 4), Generation Grime (Sky) and Extreme Weather Rescue (BBC Two).
