Next steps in cases involving Lori Vallow Daybell, Chad Daybell

SOUTH JORDAN, Utah (KUTV) — A former prosecutor is shedding light on the next phase of the murder case involving Lori Vallow Daybell.
The convicted murderer is currently housed at the Pocatello Women’s Correctional Center, a spokesperson told KUTV 2News Thursday afternoon. But that could change anytime as the 50-year-old mother gets set to head to Arizona to face new charges.
An extradition agreement between both governors was signed earlier this week.
Nathan Evershed, a defense attorney in Utah who was also a prosecutor, said he expects Lori will be moved within the next month.
“When I handled extradition cases as a prosecutor, once it got to this level, it moved pretty fast,” he said.
