SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — A judge stated Wednesday he will allow Tammy Daybell’s aunt to share a victim-impact statement at Lori Vallow Daybell’s sentencing on Monday
Vallow Daybell was convicted of murdering her children, JJ Vallow and Tylee Ryan, and plotting the murder of her now-husband Chad Daybell’s then-wife, Tammy Daybell.
Judge Steven Boyce’s exact words were, “The ruling is I am going to deny the motion and will permit her as a designated representative to provide a statement in support of sentencing.”
