Doomsday cult killer Chad Daybell who murdered wife & kids makes chilling revelations in bizarre letters from death row
Published By admin
Daybell, 57, was sentenced to death last June after being found guilty of killing his first wife Tammy and his second wife, “cult mom” Lori Vallow’s children, Tylee, 17, and JJ, 7.
He had raised five kids with Tammy before killing her then marrying Vallow, 52, two weeks later and going on a murder spree with her.
They were both members of their own doomsday cult, with Daybell claiming Tylee and JJ were “zombies” with “dark spirits”.
Daybell was sentenced to death for the first degree murder of Tammy, Tylee and JJ, while Vallow was handed a life sentence for the murders of her children and conspiracy to murder Tammy last year.
Now he has started writing a series of letters from behind bars at Idaho’s Maximum Security Institution, which have been shared with The U.S. Sun by his daughter.
In the letters, Daybell speaks about his life before and after prison, his trial, and even recounts the story of his relationship with murdered wife Tammy, writing about the days before and after her death and calling her an “angel on earth.”
He says he hopes to be “reunited with one day” adding “I love her and always will.”
Bizarrely, Daybell also shares musical and literary recommendations in X posts titled “Chad’s bookshelf” and “Chad’s musical notes,” posting links to Amazon and YouTube so people can click on his favorite songs and books.
The letters have also been typed out and posted on a new X profile, which so far has 10 followers, by his daughter Emma Daybell Murray, one of Daybell’s five children from his marriage with Tammy.
The X profile reads: “Letters to friends/family posted on behalf of Chad Daybell, aiming for every M/Th. All opinions are his. DMs are closed. He receives no financial compensation.”
Emma has previously spoken out in defense of her father along with her siblings, claiming he was framed.
In her email to The U.S. Sun, she wrote: “My father, Chad Daybell, was convicted by the state of Idaho to die. I started a page on X to share his letters and thought you might be interested.”
She declined to comment further.
Daybell’s first prison letter starts: “Hello, my friends! This is Chad Daybell, writing to you from my cell in Idaho’s Maximum Security Institution. This is the first of several letters I will send.”
He goes on to thank everyone who has sent him cards and letters saying “I cherished each one!”
The letter continues: “I arrived here at the prison in June 2024, and I suppose you could say I’ve settled in. As for Death Row itself, I won’t be sharing details about my daily schedule or information about my fellow inmates.
“As the newest arrival on Death Row, it isn’t my place to talk about such things. It really is a different world in here, but I’m surviving, and I spend a lot of time working on my upcoming appeals.”
The triple murderer goes on to reveal how he struggled when he was placed in isolation at the Fremont County Jail. Idaho, for “thousands of hours” without even a clock to pass the time, and began to “reflect” on his life.
But he says he has decided to share his story via X because he wants his supporters to receive it “uncensored and unfiltered, directly from me.”
