ALBANY — Former television star Allison Mack is out of federal prison, but the former NXIVM member still had an unresolved legal dilemma in the Capital Region: a 2013 arrest for allegedly driving in Albany with a suspended license.
The 40-year-old gained stardom playing Chloe Sullivan on the long-running show “Smallville” and notoriety for her subsequent role as a member of NXIVM’s inner circle and in Keith Raniere’s secret “master/slave” group Dominus Obsequious Sororium, or DOS.
Her most recently revealed legal trouble began when she was arrested just after 6:50 a.m. June 26, 2013, on Interstate 87 in Albany. It’s unclear why the case languished for more than a decade.
