Prosecutors in the Chad Daybell and Lori Vallow-Daybell triple murder case filed a motion on Monday stating that there is no court order restricting contact between the married couple.
In January, the court denied Vallow-Daybell and Chad Daybell from meeting face to face in January for a “strategy session” over concerns that the defense attorneys would become “witnesses and security of the parties.”
