Tom Cruise has sparked fury in an English town after flying his helicopter “low” and “scaring animals” while on his way to an annual Scientology party.
The Top Gun actor, 63, attended the Patrons Ball at the Saint Hill Manor – the Church of Scientology – in East Grinstead, West Sussex, at the weekend. But locals weren’t too impressed that the Mission Impossible star arrived, as usual, by helicopter, as they complained about the noise the chopper made.
A person claimed Tom’s helicopter flew “low” over their garden, which scared their animals. The party is held annually and Tom, who is considered the “star guest,” is a regular attendee.
