A new lawsuit suing disgraced billionaire Jeffrey Epstein has described the ‘cult-like’ atmosphere he fostered to keep scores of young girls quiet.
Known only as Jane Doe 3 in court papers, the claimant says she became ensnared in ‘a carefully constructed world in which Epstein was their messiah and sex abuser’ which allowed him to rape her on several occasions.
Jane Doe 3, who is from a European Union country, is suing the co-executors of Epstein’s $577 million estate, Darren K. Indyke and Richard D. Kahn, for compensation over the alleged sexual assault, battery and sex trafficking.
Her lawsuit gives grim details about occasions where he allegedly held her down and penetrated her with a sex toy while she cried, and crept into her room at night while she was asleep to rape her.
Filed in New York Supreme Court on Wednesday, the lawsuit alleges the abuse unfolded in New York, Florida, New Mexico, the United States Virgin Islands and Paris when she was ‘a young woman’.
