Member Loss Hundreds Of Millions, CWIG Sends Open Summons To MLM Companies

JAKARTA – The Central Executive Board (DPP) of Global Investment Alert Smartness (CWIG) received many reports of alleged violations of the ITE Law and consumer rights from members of PT BEST.
Based on the many reports of members who were harmed, CWIG officially sent an open subpoena to the multi-level marketing company (MLM).
“CWIG asks the CEO of PT BEST to apologize publicly to all members through the mass media (online, print and electronic). Then make payment of all member rights, including bonuses, royalties and rewards, accompanied by transparent and auditable financial reports,” said the Chairman of the DPP-CWIG, Henry Hosang in Jakarta, Thursday night (12/6/2025).
Henry also requested that the MLM company restore access to blocked or frozen member accounts without a valid legal basis.
Henry said the MLM company must also stop moving the structure of the member network unilaterally, and return it to its original condition.
Then, stop any internal system practices that have the potential to violate the law. Submit an official response/response in writing to this subpoena.
