THE director of an abusive school at the center of a Netflix documentary has been fired from his job days after the streaming giant exposed the brutal treatment students endured at the cult institution.
Jason Finlinson, who directed Academy at Ivy Ridge, a former private school established in Ogdensburg, New York, near the Canada-United States border, in 2001, was terminated from his job as a safety manager at a Utah-based construction company, The U.S. Sun has learned.
