Houston federal judge rejects Alex Jones’ bankruptcy appeal in Infowars fight

A federal judge in Houston on Friday rejected Alex Jones’ effort to keep Infowars under the umbrella of a federal bankruptcy court, as Jones fights to maintain control over the conspiracy-fueled news website he founded.
Jones was attempting to reverse a bankruptcy judge’s decision that assets belonging to Infowars and its parent company Free Speech Systems were not part of his estate. U.S. District Judge Lee Rosenthal on Friday dismissed Jones’ appeal of the decision in the personal bankruptcy case.
