Amber Dowding, 32, was axed from The Only Way Is Essex in 2018.
But now she is “building a global haircare girlgang” on social media, though some people have branded her business venture a cult.
Flogging haircare products, Amber posts about Monat Global, a brand that sells beauty products globally.
She is a “Market Mentor” – a title she achieved in January.
But not all of her followers and fans are supportive of her journey.
One person on TikTok recently told Amber that what she’s doing is like a “cult”.
Someone said to Amber on the app: “Running a cult stopped working for ya now lmao.”
Responding to the comment, Amber made a video which she shared on her TikTok profile.
“Honestly, please don’t worry about me because my business is thriving,” she said.
