BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — Lori Vallow Daybell will once again be on trial, this time in Arizona facing two counts of conspiracy to commit murder.
Vallow Daybell was convicted in Idaho for murder and conspiracy to commit murder charges for her two children, JJ Vallow and Tylee Ryan, and her husbands previous wife, Tammy Daybell.
Lori Vallow Daybell now faces more charges in Arizona after she was extradited late last year. Vallow Daybell is accused of conspiring to kill her previous husband, Charles Vallow. Vallow was killed by Lori’s brother, Alex Cox. Cox shot Vallow in what he claimed was self defense at the time. Cox himself died of what was determined as natural causes sometime later.
Lori Vallow Daybell also faces conspiracy to commit attempted murder of her nieces now ex-husband, Brandon Boudreaux. Boudreaux survived after being shot at multiple times while returning home from taking his kids to school. It was later discovered that Alex Cox was the alleged shooter.
